Administration and Accounting Coordinator

Location : PCM Offices in Damascus, Syria

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Administration
  • Rigorous Reporting
  • Excellent command of excel
  • Languages: Proficient English & Arabic, French (welcome)
  • Rigorous
  • Honest

Experience:

  • Experience in administration coordination and/or accounting
  • Relation with a western company

Mission :

Ensure rigorous management of Administration & Accounting of PCM Syrian Branch head office in Damascus as follow :

1 - Administration Coordination :

  • To ensure good administration of day to day ‘s activity of the office
  • To participate, in collaboration with our lawyer, in all legal administrative requirements from Syrian Authorities

2 - Accounting & Pay Roll:

  • To ensure strict follow up of PCM branch office accounting in relation with our audit cabinet
  • Follow up of Bank account & Cash expenses of branch office in Damascus, Hasake, Oudeh, Tishrine
  • To ensure payment of our sub contractors
  • Establish pay roll of employees
