Administration and Accounting Coordinator
Location : PCM Offices in Damascus, Syria
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Administration
- Rigorous Reporting
- Excellent command of excel
- Languages: Proficient English & Arabic, French (welcome)

Experience:
- Experience in administration coordination and/or accounting
- Relation with a western company
Mission :
Ensure rigorous management of Administration & Accounting of PCM Syrian Branch head office in Damascus as follow :
1 - Administration Coordination :
- To ensure good administration of day to day ‘s activity of the office
- To participate, in collaboration with our lawyer, in all legal administrative requirements from Syrian Authorities
2 - Accounting & Pay Roll:
- To ensure strict follow up of PCM branch office accounting in relation with our audit cabinet
- Follow up of Bank account & Cash expenses of branch office in Damascus, Hasake, Oudeh, Tishrine
- To ensure payment of our sub contractors
- Establish pay roll of employees
