PCP Field Supervisor Oil and Gas

Location: When on site : office & lodging located in client OPC field base premises in Oudeh or Tishrine Oilfield

Missions:

  • Carry out & coordinate Progressing Cavity Pump site services jobs contracted by PCM for Oudeh Petroleum Company (OPC) on Tishrine & Oudeh Oilfield in Syria, on rotation basis (4 weeks on Field x 4 weeks off)
  • Site services consist of:



- Design & selection of PCP equipment
- Coordination of transport of equipments from PCM workshop* to well site
- Installation & trouble shooting
- Preventive maintenance on PCP Surface equipments
- Repairing of PCP equipments on site or in PCM workshop*
 

 

- Daily monitoring of PCP equipments
- Optimization of PCP equipments
- Failure analysis of PCP equipments
- PCM stock management in PCM workshop*
- Bench Testing of PCP in PCM workshop*
- Customer training
 

* PCM has a permanent workshop based in Tishrine Oilfield with stock, bench test, laboratory, tools

  • To Manage one PCM PCP field technician
  • To ensure rigorous reporting to client & to PCM Syria manager
  • To ensure safety for personal & equipment as per HSE client & PCM policies.

Skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical/process
  • Reporting
  • Languages: Proficient English, Arabic (optional), French (appreciated)

Experience:

  • 5 years Oilfield Services Experience with PCPs
  • Supervision & assistance of rig crew
  • Maintenance of Rotating Machinery
  • Relation with a western company (appreciated)
