Logisitics & Invoicing coordinator

Location: Based in PCM Offices in Damascus, Syria

Company profile:

PCM is a French Oil & Gas Service Company, with branch offices all over the world. PCM has been awarded a Oil & Gas service contract with Oudeh Petroleum company. In order to honour this contract, PCM has established a branch office in Syria, with head office in Damascus and a workshop in Al Hasake.

Missions: Ensure rigorous management of Logistics & Client Invoicing of PCM Syrian Branch head office in Damascus as follows :

1.Equipments Logistic coordination:

  • PCM stock supervision, by ensuring rigorous follow up, control and reporting on stock management conducted by workshop manager in Al Hasake
  • Contract & supervision of our Syrian Freight Forwarder for custom clearance & transport of equipments between Latakie Port or Damascus Airport to PCM Workshop in AL Hasake
  • Coordinator will be in regular contact with PCM France logistic Dpt, PCM Workshop Manager in the oilfield, Local and International Freight Forwarder

2 - Field Service Logistic coordination :

  • To coordinate & follow up field service team rotation planning
  • To coordinate logistics for field service engineer : hotel, flight & taxi bookings
  • Field Service team consists of 8 Field Engineers leaving all around the world on rotation in Syria 4 weeks on x 4 weeks off

3 - Client Invoicing & Payments follow up :

  • Issue client’s invoices & establish follow up tools
  • Ensure payment follow up with client

Skills:

  • Bachelor of Logistic or Administration
  • Rigorous Reporting
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Languages: Proficient English & Arabic, French (appreciated)

Experience:

  • Experience in Logistic coordination
  • Relation with a western company
